Jim brings over 20 years' technical and management experience in development and operations to Vivox. Before joining Vivox, Jim was COO at Free World Dialup, where he drove the direction of the company's leading standards-based Internet Telephony Services community. Prior to Free World Dialup, Toga co-founded mobile and premise-based wireless Internet access provider, MobWifi, Inc. and was director of engineering and VP of operations at eDial, Inc. He has also held management positions at Intel Corp., Banyan Systems, Inc. and Xylogics, Inc and is the owner of five patents in the Internet and IP Telephony spaces.
Jim earned an MS in Computer Science from Northeastern University and a BS in Chemistry from Tufts University.
Mitch Lasky has spent more than two decades in the mobile gaming, new media and interactive entertainment business. Prior to joining Benchmark Capital, Mitch served as executive vice president of Mobile and Online at Electronic Arts. Previously, he was chairman and chief executive officer of JAMDAT Mobile, Inc, the leading global publisher of wireless entertainment applications, which was acquired by EA in 2005. Mitch is also on the board of EngineYard, Grockit, Hiplogic, and Riot Games.
Warren brings significant operational experience and proven investment talent to Canaan Partners, with expertise in communications, digital media, and software. He joined the firm's Connecticut office in 2005 to focus on digital media investments, specifically in the New York corridor. Convinced online advertising as we know it is only in its nascent stages, Warren is always on the lookout for the next great leap in digital media. In addition to Vivox, he currently sits on the boards of Associated Content, Motionbox, Peer39, and Tremor Media.
Warren holds a BS in computer science and BA in economics with honors from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Phil joined IDG Ventures SF as a Managing Director in September 2006. He was previously a General Partner at WaldenVC for 10 years. Phil focused on early stage investments in new media and IT at WaldenVC. He currently sits on the Boards of Vivox, Telltale Games, Simply Hired and i2we and was responsible for investments in VitalStream (VSTH), Bamboo.com (IPIX), NIKU (NIKU), Sina.com (SINA), Adknowledge, and People3 (IT).
Phil received his Master of Business Administration with Honors from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors from Hamilton College.
Tim has over 20 years of operating experience in various technology industries. The combined value of the exits Tim has been involved with is over $17 billion. He has also overseen 39 mergers and acquisitions during his operating career and brings a wealth of operational and technology experience to the team. Tim currently represents GrandBanks Capital on the boards of; Celtra, Achievers, Nexage, Vivox, Inc and exit41 where he serves as Chairman and also sponsored and managed the investment in xkoto (sold to Teradata in May 2010).
Tim received his Bachelors of Science degree, summa cum laude, from City University in London.
Paul is a private investor, board director, advisor and serial CEO experienced in public and private companies anchored in technology and the convergence of digital with traditional marketing. His current Boards include Vivox, Zumobi, Pontiflex, Networked Insights, Vivox and Modiv Media. Paul brings more than 28 years of sales, marketing and executive management experience as well as a deep expertise in technology, digital and mobile marketing industries.
Chuck Stonecipher has been with Trilogy Partnership since 2007, where he is a director for portfolio companies FireApps, Globys and MITS. Chuck also serves as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Key Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: KTEC), where he has been a director since 2004. Previously, he served in various executive capacities at Advanced Digital Information Corporation (NASDAQ: ADIC) from 1995 to 2006.
Chuck holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Stanford University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
Louis oversees the investing activities at Comcast Ventures and works with the management of portfolio companies on strategic, business development and operations issues. In addition, Louis collaborates with the various business units of Comcast on issues relating to new services, technologies and start-ups. Previously, he worked in investment banking and at a venture capital firm focused on technology and communications services. Louis is involved as a Director, Board Observer or adviser for BroadLogic Network Technologies, ConteXtream, iControl Networks, Jingle Networks, Ortiva Wireless, RGB Networks, the KPCB sFund, Verivue Networks, and Vitrue.
Louis received his MBA with honors from The Wharton School and a MA in International Studies from University of Pennsylvania. He also graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and a BS in Materials Science & Engineering.
Jeff Pulver is the Chairman and Founder of pulver.com, and one of the true pioneers of the VoIP industry and a leader in the emerging TV on the Net industry. Leveraging well over a decade of hands-on experience in Internet/IP communications and innovation, Mr. Pulver is a globally renowned thought leader, author and entrepreneur. His Twitter is well read within the IP Communications Industry and in high-tech communities around the world. He is the publisher of The Pulver Report and creator of the industry standard Voice on the Net (VON) events. Additionally, Mr. Pulver is the founder of FWD, the VON Coalition, PrimeTimeRewind.TV, and is the co-founder of VoIP provider, Vonage.
Peter Blacklow is the president of WorldWinner, a subsidiary of GSN. In this role, he oversees the online games businesses of WorldWinner.com as well as Teagames.com, a free, Flash-based casual games site. Peter led the consolidation of WorldWinner and SkillJam.com, the two leading skill games sites, to create the world's largest skill games network, with more than 30 million registered players. WorldWinner's online game competitions are featured on top online game sites like Pogo.com, AOL Games, MSN Games and GSN.com. Formerly, Peter served as chief marketing officer of WorldWinner.
Peter serves as a board member of eSkill.com and Concord Academy, and acts as an advisor to SimplyHired.com, 80108 Media, and iCache.com. He is a graduate of Harvard University.
